Agreement to Terms
The Terms of Use are legally binding between the user(“you” or “user”) and Riyalto Ecom InternationalPrivate Limited and its subsidiaries, doing business as Riyalto (“company”or “we” or “us”) concerning your use of and access to the Company’s website i.e. https://www.riyalto.com/ as well as any other media form, channel, mobile application/website related, linked or otherwise connected thereto (collectively “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, then theCompany expressly prohibits you from using the Site and you are required to discontinue the use of the Site immediately.
We may, at our own discretion, make changes to theseTerms of Use from time to time and may also make available other supplemental terms and conditions (“Supplemental Terms”) for our users which shall be construed to be expressly incorporated herein by reference. You waive any right to be specifically notified of any such changes to the Terms of Use or SupplementalTerms and conditions and affirm that it is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use and Supplemental Terms to stay informed.
You further affirm that you are at least 18 years of age as the Site is not permitted for use or for registration by people below the age of 18 years.
1. USER REGISTRATION
The right to use the Site is personal to you and isnot transferable to any other person or entity.
1.1 In order to avail the Services, you may be required to register with the Site.
1.2In order to register with the Site, you will be required to create your account with a username and password, and you shall be solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your username and password(s).
1.3We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, reject orchange a username selected by You if the Company determines that such usernameis inappropriate, obscene or objectionable in other ways.
1.4No one who is under the age of 18 years is allowed to create an account or use the Services. We reserve the right to terminate your registration and refuse to provide you the access to the Services if it is brought to our notice or if it is discovered that the you are below the age of 18 years.
1.5While it is the Company’s objective to make theSite accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, the Site may be unavailable from time to time for any reason including, without limitation, routine maintenance. 2. USER restrictions
2.1You shall not use the Site for any purpose other than that for which the Site is intended for.You are not permitted to use the Site for any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed by us.
2.2You shall not systematically retrieve the data or other content from the Site without our permission.
2.3You shall not make any unauthorized use of the Site and our Services, including your usernames and email addresses.
2.4You shall not circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content or enforce imitations on the use of the Site and/or the content contained therein.
2.5You shall not impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
2.6You shall not harass, annoy, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing the portion of a Site and/or Services to You.
2.7You shall not adapt the Site’s software, or delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from the content.
2.8You shall not disparage, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.
2.9You shall not use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws, directions, regulations and guidelines.
3. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Site may contain links of the other websites as well as the articles, photographs, graphics, pictures, designs, videos, information, application, software or any other content belonging from the third parties (“Third-partyContent”).
3.1Third-party Content is not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy by us and We are not responsible for any Third-party Websites or Content accessed through our Site.
3.2If You decide to leave the Site and access the Third-Party Content or to use or install any Third-Party Content, you can do so at your own risk, and You should be aware that these Terms of Use will no longer govern You.
3.3You agree and acknowledge that we merely operate as a facilitator of trade between buyers and sellers and do not endorse the products or services offered on by third-parties. You shall hold us harmless from any harm caused by such purchase or sale of such products or services of third-parties.
3.4You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any website to which you navigate from the Site.
4. PLACING OF ORDERS
After registering yourself on the Site, you may place your requirements for purchase of an item(s) through the Site. On receiving your requirements, the corresponding users (manufacturers or suppliers) may raise/furnish a quote according to your stated specifications and requirements. On receiving the quotes, you may place an order with the corresponding user which deems fit in all your specifications.
At the time of placing the order, you will be guided regarding payment and other related formalities by us which you shall adhere to.
It is your responsibility to ensure the correctness of the payment method, payment details, delivery address, email, and phone number used at the time of placing an order. Any incorrect information provided by you may lead to cancellation, wrong delivery or delay in delivery of an order and we expressly disclaim any responsibility for any loss or delay attributable to incorrect information furnished by you.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities of an order, correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even after you have already placed an order through the Site.
5. COLOUR AND SIZE OF THE PRODUCTS
While we make reasonable efforts to display the colours, specifications and details related to the products made available by the sellers through the Site in an accurate manner, some products may appear larger or smaller than actual size and different from actual colours due to screen defaults, technical specifications and features of the device used and photography techniques. Sometimes the items may be represented larger than the actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item. We do not guarantee that the colour, size or specifications etc of the products displayed on/through the Site will match accurately with the actual product and we expressly disclaim any liability for the same. All the products displayed on the Site are subject to their actual availability in the stock which is not guaranteed merely due to its display on the Site. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and change the price of the Product from time to time.
